BayShore Counseling Services

You deserve a little more peace and a lot more connection
If you landed here, chances are something in your life is causing you to feel overwhelmed.
Our mission is to help people find steadiness in the chaos—whether that’s quieting anxious thoughts or bringing more ease into your relationships. Think of us as your safe harbor: a supportive space where healing happens, growth flows, and clarity starts to feel like second nature.

We do not provide mediation services for couples who have already made the decision to legally separate or divorce.
Maybe You're...
Trying to manage the emotional strain, fatigue, and isolation that can come with caregiving…
You try to pace yourself, telling yourself it’s manageable, yet the exhaustion and worry creep back in.
Using substances to cope with stress, boredom, or difficult emotions...
You tell yourself you'll just have one, but before you know it, the cycle repeats again.

Struggling with peer pressure or family stress that feels bigger than you can handle...

You want to fit in or feel understood, but your thoughts and emotions just won't settle.
Constantly on edge, worrying about things that others seem to brush off...
You try to relax, but your mind keeps racing, replaying every ‘what if’ and worst-case scenario.

Feeling stuck in endless mental loops, trying to make sure you’re a ‘good’ person or that nothing bad will happen...
No matter how much you try to find certainty, your mind keeps pulling you back into the same questions and fears.

Noticing a never-ending loop of conflict in your relationship...
You love your partner but lately it feels like every conversation turns into an argument and you wonder if you could ever get back to when they gave you butterflies
