About Me
I’ve always been drawn to helping others, and as I progressed through my studies, it became clear that counseling was the perfect way to do just that. After earning my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Appalachian State University and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Alabama, I became a Nationally Certified and Associate Licensed Counselor in Alabama. I now work under the guidance of Leslie Weaver Martin, LPC-S, NCC.

There's something truly special about walking alongside people in their toughest moments—it’s a privilege I never take for granted. I have a deep passion for helping people overcome their fears, especially when anxiety has you trapped in that endless “what if” loop. As your therapist, my goal is to help you reclaim your power and break free from those overwhelming thoughts.

Couples, I’ve got your back too! I’m all about helping partners communicate better, rebuild that spark, and manage conflict in a way that feels effortless (or at least a lot less messy!). I’ve completed Level I training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, so I’m bringing in tools that are actually proven to work.

Whether you’re here for individual counseling or relationship support, I’m here to help you navigate the bumps in the road and find solutions that lead to peace and harmony in your life. Let’s work together to get you feeling like yourself again—calm, confident, and ready for the next chapter.
